The Greenery opened in 1987, by Deborah and Scott Green. It is still managed by the Green family with the help of their children Cassie and Bruce. In addition to the Greens is an awesome staff ready to meet your planting needs. The Greenery is located at 3708 N. Hwy 77, Waxahachie. The Greens also grow trees at the Kokopelli Tree Farm in Forreston, Texas.

There are over four acres of plants, pottery, and iron yard-art. The Greenery specializes in Native Texas plants, Trees of all sizes, Crape Myrtles, and Rock pallets. We also do landscapes and we have a huge landscape referral list to help any need you may have.

The Greens have spent a lifetime in Ellis County and know the flora and soils. With staff included, they represent over 100 years in plant experience. There are three certified nursery professionals, three B. S. in plant science degrees, and a licensed irrigator is apart of our staff.
